Public Services
The Consular Section is located in the American Embassy in Bayan, Block 6, on Masjed Al-Aqsa Street. American Citizen Services hours are Mon. – Thurs. from 9:00 am - 11:00 am and Sun. – Thurs. from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Please note that there are no morning hours on Sundays. All services except voter registration are on an appointment only basis. Please to make and appointment.
Services can be arranged by appointment outside standard office hours by contacting the Consular Section in advance at kuwaitACS@state.gov
