Participants will group as teams at their respective tables. While enjoying their meals they will compete against each other by answering trivia questions on topics including American history, cuisine, geography, business, music and theatre, art and film, holidays, sports and famous Americans.  Prizes will be awarded to winners.  The five rounds will consist of a general competition among all the teams that will last approximately one hour.  The participants of the top two teams will then compete as individuals in a final round of trivia.
