Request an Expedited Medical Appointment
The Embassy grants emergency appointments for medical cases that require immediate travel when appointment waiting times exceed one week.
If your travel falls within this category, request an appointment by:
Contacting us with the following below information, or dropping the following information to the embassy front gate any day Sundays to Thursdays between 1 p.m. - 3 p.m:
- Physician’s report with a diagnosis for the patient seeking medical care.
- Letter from the U.S. medical institution confirming an appointment date in the United States.
- Proof of financial coverage for medical services (for example, a letter from the Ministry of Health guaranteeing coverage for a Kuwaiti citizen and medical companion(s), if applicable).
Applicants whose requests for expedited appointments have been granted will be contacted by telephone. Please include a contact phone number and email address in your fax or email.
