Economic Section

The Economic Section supports the Embassy Mission by providing reporting on a variety of subjects, including bilateral trade issues such as intellectual property rights, macroeconomic policy, sector specific government policies, and other topics such as petroleum issues. The section also supports visiting U.S. government delegations and maintains contacts with a variety of Kuwaiti government organizations and the Kuwaiti private sector.
