Cultural Affairs

•    Cultural Programs — music concerts, art shows, poetry and literature, book fairs, paper shows, and exhibits.

•    Interactive dialogues between Kuwaiti and American audiences using Digital Video Conferencing (DVC) technology. 

•    U.S. Speakers Program — featuring experts in varied academic and professional fields.

•    Educational and Professional Exchange programs — Fulbright Scholarships for Senior Scholars and Students, Humphrey Fellowships, Study of the U.S. Institutes, and Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program.

•    English Language Teaching Programs — Fellows, specialists, and expert speakers.

•   Student programs administered through AMIDEAST, these include Access (English language instruction for 9th and 10th graders in Kuwait), Y.E.S. (third year of high school in the U.S.), PLUS (second two years of undergraduate education in the U.S.), and summer institutes.
