Region Specific Information - Appointment System
All services in ACS require an appointment. It is possible to have several services during the same visit to the Embassy. Please make a separate appointment for each individual service. Appointments for all services EXCEPT Consular Reports of Birth Abroad can be made using the link shown below.

To make an appointment for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad please send an email requesting an appointment to KuwaitACS@state.gov. The email should contain the child’s name, date and place of birth and the contact information for the parents.
