Adding Visa Pages

The process of adding pages to the passport takes 24 hours.

If your passport’s visa pages are full, but your passport is still valid and in a good condition, you may apply for additional visa pages by appearing in person.

After the second visa pages insert you need to apply for a passport renewal.  Please refer to the appropriate instructions above based on your age and passport information.

Applicants are required to submit passport form DS-4085 with a valid passport.  There is no fee for this service. http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/forms_847.html   

In the case of minors under the age of 16:

The personal appearance of the minor is not required for the purpose of adding pages.  One parent must submit the following documents:

1.      Passport form DS-4085   (all passport applications are available in the ACS waiting room); http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/forms_847.html

2.      Child’s most recent passport;
